Returns
We want you to love your purchase. Returns are accepted for eligible items within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
Eligibility
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
- Made-to-order, customized, and “Price on request” works may be final sale unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
How to request a return
Please email crate@thnbazaar.site with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We will confirm next steps and provide return instructions.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Damaged items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, contact us immediately with photos so we can assist.
